This story
Karis-Joy is a third-year university student whose oldest brother has autism and oral dyspraxia. Having seen the difference that supported living and respite care made for her family, she wanted to help more people receive similar support. She is preparing to trek Mount Kilimanjaro in August 2027 to raise funds for adults with learning disabilities.
