At 94, everyday tasks caught up with Josie until home support helped her regain time and social connection.

Following an unexpected operation around 2020, Josie began struggling with household tasks and lacked the energy to manage them alongside her husband and carer, Ray. She began using home support workers who assist around the house and join her for weekly outings. Today, Josie has the energy to visit local shops, cafés, and her nearby day centre.
