Campaign idea: Josh raises funds for new talent
Josh began as a trainee producer and now raises funds at the very theatre that launched his career.
This story
Josh joined Chichester Festival Theatre as a trainee producer, using the year-long traineeship to move into a West End producer's office working on new work and national tours. Today, he works in the theatre's development team as an individual giving officer on maternity cover. He helps raise funds for early-career opportunities like the one that started his own path.
