Campaign idea: Joanna got back onto the waves
After foot surgery took away her mobility, Joanna committed to daily physiotherapy to get back onto the waves.

Supported by Response since 2017 with mental and physical health challenges, Joanna was left immobile for months after a foot operation. Determined to return to the sea, she worked through daily physiotherapy alongside support from her family and staff. During the summer, she travelled to Devon and got back to surfing and bodyboarding.
