James is running the London Marathon to give back to the care home that supported his late brother Scott.
This story
James's younger brother Scott had profound learning and physical disabilities and lived for many years at a care home run by Hamelin. The staff supported Scott and became an extension of the family before Scott died in 2024. James is now taking on the 2027 London Marathon to raise money and give back to the charity that cared for his brother.
