Jaiden is a young carer. Regular respite gives him time to grow up outside the caring role.
This story
Jaiden grew up in South London caring for his mother, who lives with lupus, managing her medication and meals from a young age. Support and respite breaks through Honeypot helped him build confidence and meet other young carers. Now in his early twenties, he is studying Drama and Theatre at the University of Bath while mentoring younger students.
