Jack started as an apprentice engineer in 2011 and worked his way up to become a director of the firm.
This story
Jack started an engineering apprenticeship with a refrigeration firm in 2011 before spending time working and travelling in Australia. After returning, he stepped into a supervisor role working alongside the company owner, Nick. When Nick died suddenly in 2023, the business became employee-owned, and Jack was chosen as one of the directors now running it.
