Campaign idea: Isla made it back to school
Isla was so overwhelmed by anxiety that she could not leave her bedroom, but mentoring helped her return to school.
This story
Isla would get dressed in her school uniform each morning, but worries made entering the school gates feel overwhelming. Through one-to-one mentoring, she built a strong relationship with her mentor over board games and learned techniques like sensory grounding and walking her family dog. Her attendance has improved significantly, and she is now considering going to college to train as a counsellor.
