Ian broke his neck as a teenager, resulting in an incomplete spinal cord injury, and became a full-time wheelchair user. He built a fulfilling life with a family and job, and spent years volunteering with the Spinal Injuries Association. Now he is preparing to push the London Marathon to raise support for others affected by spinal injuries.
