Ten years after losing his mum to alcoholism, Henry is running 127 kilometres across Denmark between sunrise and sunset.
This story
Henry grew up coping in silence with his mum's alcohol addiction and mental health struggles. In July 2017, she suffered a bleed on the brain after hitting her head, and died in intensive care five weeks later. Marking ten years since her death, Henry and his friend Sheku plan to run 127 kilometres across Zealand in Denmark between sunrise and sunset in June 2027.
