Campaign idea: Hayley rebuilt the school parent group
When most volunteers moved on, Hayley had to rebuild her primary school parent association almost from scratch.
This story
Hayley volunteered to co-chair a school parent association in Gravesend, eventually becoming the only original member left. When families left as their children moved on to secondary school, the group shrank and paused events. Working with school leaders, Hayley organised coffee mornings and recruited 55 new parents to get the group running again.
