This story
Gregor struggled with alcohol addiction and mental health issues that made holding down work unmanageable, leading to a stay in a psychiatric hospital in the mid-2000s. An addiction worker traineeship gave him a path forward and helped him overcome his fears around employment. He has now spent a decade working in support services and serves as a learning and development trainer.
