Campaign idea: Green cultivates a shared garden
Green Health Daventry brings people living with severe mental illness together to cultivate a shared garden and find connection.
This story
Established 15 years ago through a carers group, Green Health Daventry is run by head gardener Tony and around 15 volunteers with lived experience of severe mental illness. Instead of selling their produce, they ask for donations to invest in seeds, equipment and new projects like a chicken house. Their vegetables and flowers have won numerous prizes at the annual show in Daventry.
