Campaign idea: Geoff is flying planes
Geoff grew up believing his disabilities would keep him grounded. Now he flies planes and serves on Aerobility's board.
This story
Geoff was born with shortened arms and severely impaired vision as a result of thalidomide, and he believed he would never be able to fly. After trying virtual simulation sessions and securing a flying scholarship, he completed five hours in the air with an instructor. He continues to fly under supervision, is studying for his ground exams, and has joined Aerobility as a trustee.
