Campaign idea: Gavin became an outdoor instructor
After being made redundant from oil and gas, Gavin retrained as an outdoor instructor and traded working away for family time.
This story
After nine years in the British Army and eleven years in oil and gas, Gavin was made redundant during the pandemic. He decided to change career, completed an outdoor instructor training course, and converted his military qualifications into civilian ones. He now works as an outdoor activity instructor, helping others realise their abilities while enjoying more time at home with his family.
