Gareth joined Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice ten years ago, supporting families and campaigning for hospice care. To mark his tenth year, he is taking on ten challenges, including a ten-hour static cycle, ten 10km runs, a firewalk, and his first marathon. Alongside physical endurance tests and a daily step target, he is completing ten volunteering shifts and aiming to raise £10,000.
