This story
Finlay is non-verbal and has no mobility in his limbs, which prevented him from meeting the requirements for an NHS motorised wheelchair. After his school in Portsmouth received a specialist drive deck, he began navigating independently using his head. Demonstrating that he can steer this way brings him closer to qualifying for a motorised wheelchair of his own.
