Campaign idea: Faisal rebuilt his life
After decades dealing with drug addiction and prison, Faisal rebuilt his life and reconnected with his sons and grandchildren.
This story
Faisal dealt with substance addiction for many years and spent time in prison. After leaving prison in 2021, he moved into supported housing in Swansea, completed a twelve-step programme, and began volunteering at an animal rescue centre. Now living drug-free, he sees his sons and grandchildren regularly and has prepared to move into permanent accommodation.
