Dealing with customers face-to-face every day, Ellie began experiencing frequent panic attacks and hiding away in the work toilets. After a colleague mentioned the charity Ben, she reached out and started sessions with a life coach. Working through her thoughts and values helped her recognise patterns and regulate her emotions. She still practices those techniques every day and feels confident handling anxious feelings when they return.
