Restrictions cut off Ella's football and took a toll on her wellbeing until an online sports session got her moving again.

Ella plays football for the under-12s at Crystal Palace and lives for sport. When pandemic restrictions stopped matches and restricted physical education at school, the lack of activity heavily affected her wellbeing. While isolating at home, she joined an online after-school sports workout run by Alistair, which lifted her spirits.
