Campaign idea: Elia built a career in theatre
Former retail worker Elia stepped back into education, building a new career on stage and in theatre marketing.
This story
Working in retail, Elia felt nervous about returning to education when she enrolled at Chickenshed in 2019. During her degree, she performed in shows, directed short plays and helped run intergenerational dance projects. After arranging a work placement with the marketing manager, she took on a staff role and progressed to full-time work.
