Campaign idea: Denise volunteers at a hospice

After losing her mum, Denise painted the sunrise every morning for a year before becoming a hospice volunteer.

This story

Following her mum's death in 2022 and her aunt's dementia diagnosis, Denise coped with her grief by painting the sunrise every morning for a full year. An exhibition of her paintings in Birmingham connected her to a hospice charity. She now volunteers on an inpatient unit in Warwick, visits a 90-year-old neighbour weekly, and donates craft fair proceeds from her art.

What your brand could do

Provide the art supplies and display kit for Denise's craft fair stall. Turn up on the day to help her set up and share her paintings.
