As a care leaver navigating adulthood alone, David experienced daily anxiety and panic attacks that left him housebound and isolated. He reached out to a youth mental health service for flexible support tailored to his pace. With practical tools and a safe place to talk, his panic attacks stopped and he now balances two part-time jobs.
