Grace has Down's syndrome and needs daily help with everyday tasks, and with Dave frequently away for work, the family survived on years of broken sleep. A grant helped fund a trip to a family hotel in Crieff, giving the sisters room to explore and giving Cynthia a rare chance to rest.
