After 22 years in the Army, Collet struggled to find civilian work until she rebuilt her career mentoring young people.
This story
Collet served 22 years in the military as a medic and Staff Sergeant, deploying to Afghanistan and supporting troop welfare. Toward the end of her service she faced depression, turning to running and exercise to restore her mental fitness. After leaving the military with no job lined up, she received support to secure a role teaching young people as a military training instructor.
