Campaign idea: Clare is tackling a double marathon
Clare started as a casual runner before joining parkrun staff. Now she is preparing for the Double London Marathon.

Clare began running at parkrun in February 2019 and joined the organisation's UK staff in May 2025. Following a recent injury, she is focusing on rehabilitation before starting official marathon training. Alongside her preparations, she is visiting events across the UK to complete a marathon alphabet challenge.
