Living in Southwark, Christos found supermarket fruit and vegetable prices pushed fresh food out of reach compared to cheap processed options. After collecting Rose Vouchers, he began taking his baby on regular walks through East Street Market to pick seasonal produce. The vouchers have allowed his family to swap in fresh food that would otherwise cost three to five times more.
