Christian backed a family charity before his baby son fell critically ill, and now he is running to give back.
This story
When Christian and Laura's six-month-old son Liam developed a rare bone marrow disorder in 2009, he faced repeated transfusions and complex treatment. A support worker helped them through the crisis until Liam reached remission as a healthy six-year-old. Christian and his partner have since run and cycled to raise over 50,000 pounds for the service that supported them.
