Campaign idea: Christian found a new way forward
Knee surgery ended Christian's running. Now he is taking on 365 kilometres in the pool instead.
This story
After two years of knee pain and surgery in October 2025, Christian faced the reality that he might never run again. He returned to the pool in January 2026 and set a target to swim 365 kilometres over the year. By late June, he had logged 171 kilometres across 85 sessions to raise money for The HALO Trust.
