This story
After losing her business and home in her fifties, Chrissy restarted in rented accommodation and worked until retiring at seventy. When her landlord sold the property, she faced being sent to a homeless unit anywhere in Glasgow. She applied for an apartment on a retirement estate for former retail workers and moved into a permanent flat in May 2021.
