Bullied almost every day at school, ten-year-old Charles struggled with anger and began reacting physically when people were mean to him. In 2021, he started coaching with Helen, who encouraged him to draw cartoons of difficult situations to work through what he could do differently. Now feeling calmer and happier, Charles was voted onto his school council by classmates and feels ready for secondary school.
