This story
Brenda originally started attending a social cafe after a doctor referred her to help reduce loneliness. When a fall while crossing the road resulted in a hospital stay and reduced mobility, she lost confidence and began to withdraw socially. After regular wellbeing check-in calls and arranged transport, she returned to the group and gradually resumed her usual social activities.
