After years without answers, Blake was diagnosed with an extremely rare genetic condition that causes seizures and leaves her unable to walk or speak independently. Her parents were exhausted caring for her round the clock while raising her two sisters. Support from a children's hospice brought tailored care, sensory play for Blake, and regular breathing space for the whole family.
