This story
Before moving into sheltered housing, Bill spent his days sitting at home alone doing crosswords and found it hard to socialise. Since moving into the Whitgift Almshouses, he has become an active member of the community and made close friends. He now takes the minibus service to play bingo and regularly meets friends for coffee or lunch in Croydon.
