Anshoo has worked as a paediatric consultant for more than 16 years. She took on a series of 50-mile cycling challenges, including rides to Brighton and Southend, raising nearly £4,000 towards a £5,000 target. The planned build aims to provide modern care, education, and wellbeing facilities for young patients, families, and staff.
