Andy lost decades to severe gambling addiction and prison. Education inside gave him purpose and a new career helping others.
This story
Andy began gambling at age nine, and his addiction escalated through his time in the Navy, eventually leading to debt, crime and prison. While serving his sentence, he took distance-learning courses in addiction counselling and project management. He now delivers gambling awareness and prevention training to armed forces personnel, veterans and their families.
