Andy spent years hiding his stress and anxiety, until walking into a support group changed his outlook.
This story
Years of built-up stress and anxiety overwhelmed Andy from late 2017, made worse by feeling uncomfortable talking about his issues. After getting support from the NHS, he decided to attend his first peer support session in early 2020. Speaking openly in a non-judgmental setting altered his perspective, and he went on to join the facilitator team to support other men.
What your brand could do
