This story
Scoliosis and numerous operations left Amy in pain and struggling with her mental health, which made physical education lessons difficult. Joining an active mentoring programme helped her build confidence and learn strategies to manage her emotions. She has now completed a sports leader qualification and mentors younger students facing similar difficulties.
