Having experienced mental health issues in the past, Alec knows how isolating it can be and how important the right support is when finding a way back. He is teaming up with his brother Andrew and stepson Alfie to take part in the Rat Run, driving an old banger 1,500 miles from Somerset to Spain. They are raising funds for Mind in Somerset to help make sure no one faces a mental health problem alone.
