Adam faced daily internal battles until ice hockey gave him an umbrella in the storm. Now he is skating to help other men open up.
This story
Waking up to constant internal battles left Adam exhausted just trying to cope with his mental health. Getting onto the ice with a mental health hockey group gave him a distracting challenge and a community that supported him. Now skating every week in Nottingham, he is raising funds and encouraging men to talk openly about anxiety, depression, and their feelings.
