Adam was sleeping rough in Leicester and nearly lost his accommodation. Now he has a safe home and a way to stay connected.
This story
Adam began rough sleeping following a family breakdown and sought help from a local drop-in service in Leicester, which referred him to Action Homeless. Struggling with his mental health and having no mobile phone, he stopped engaging with support and came close to losing his safe accommodation. Staff from the drop-in service and his key worker reconnected with him, and he is now back in stable housing with a funded phone to keep in touch.
