Visually impaired rugby helped Aaron through depression. Now he is running seven half marathons in seven days.

In his mid twenties, Aaron struggled with severe depression and anxiety before discovering visually impaired rugby in 2019. The sport rebuilt his confidence and led him to represent England twelve times in matches across Japan, France and Ireland. Now working to launch visually impaired rugby sessions in Reading, he set out to run seven half marathons in seven days with his guide runners Matt and Tushar.
