This story
Three-year-old Vega has dyskinetic cerebral palsy and was unable to move independently, relying on her parents to be her arms and legs. She grew frustrated seeing what other children and her younger sister could do. Getting a powered wheelchair called Wizzybug has allowed her to move on her own and play chase with her mum.
