Tony worked in fast food and spent three years on a pig farm, where he felt very unhappy and wanted a fresh start. After a friend suggested support work, he interviewed with Thera East Anglia and got the job, despite calling his family in doubt just before starting. He overcame those worries and now loves helping the people he supports experience happiness.
