Make content about: Tom put defibrillators in his village

Neighbours knocked on Tom's door for help while he was away. Now he maintains public defibrillators across his village.

This story

Tom spent more than 25 years in emergency care, including 13 years as an ambulance technician and 12 years as a volunteer responder. After camera alerts showed neighbours seeking help outside his home while he was away at work, he placed his own defibrillator in an outside cabinet for anyone to use. Since then, he has installed four more in the local area, looks after another for a local group, and teaches community CPR sessions.
