This story
Tineka struggled for years to find occasion cards that reflected her friends, family and interracial relationship. After her husband bought an anniversary card with penguins because it was the only black and white couple he could find, she launched Huetribe. She designs cards using photographs of real couples and families, which are now stocked across hundreds of retail stores.
