Make content about: Tim turned a struggling school around

Tim took over a struggling girls school in London and rebuilt its daily life around pupil wellbeing and attendance.

This story

Tim went into teaching after seeing how missing out on school affected his mother. In 2019 he became headteacher of a girls school in London facing high staff turnover, low attendance and rising suspensions. He worked with staff and pupils to overhaul the curriculum and change how the school approaches student behaviour. Suspensions fell from 100 days to 10, and attendance rose to 95%.
