Make content about: Teresa quilts for mental health
After losing her son Jerome, Teresa turned her quilting skills into thousands of pounds for mental health support.
This story
Following the death of her son Jerome in 2018, Teresa began fundraising and campaigning for mental health awareness. Despite being physically disabled and facing health challenges of her own, she hosts craft workshops, sells her quilts, and has raised over £10,000 in Jerome's memory. She also attends hospital trust meetings to push for better care and supports other carers and bereaved families.
