Make content about: Summer joined the housekeeping team
Shy and with little work experience, Summer joined a supported internship and is now an established housekeeping team member.
This story
Summer joined a supported employment programme shortly after turning 18 to build her confidence and social interaction skills. She grew more assured as she took on tasks with the support of her team and peers. During her final placement, she applied for a housekeeping role and is now an established member of the team.
Where you could take it
Spend a morning with Summer on her housekeeping shift to see how her daily work has developed since completing the programme.
