This story
After a relationship ended, a mother moved into supported housing with her young son while struggling with her mental health, autism and an eating disorder. She left to live with a partner's family but returned the following year when support services were stretched. During her second stay, she enrolled her son in nursery, completed a confidence course and started a weekly volunteering placement.
